We understand what it takes to deliver a successful channel experience to our clients and supporting them with our experience and knowledge.

Our channel partner program provides flexibility but is based around the following options:

Dealer Partner

Our Dealer Partner options is perfect for any company that wants to recommend our products services to their clients but don’t have the ability or don’t want to bill and support a customer.  A Dealer Partner generally has the relationship with the customer and acknowledges the need for Yeastar Solutions products and services.  We configure and manage all hardware and services, we support and bill the client directly with a co-branded bill and provide a margin share with the dealer for the life of the customer.

Dealer Partners can chose from the full range of products and services and set individual pricing for the customer.

Reseller Partner

Reseller Partners have flexibility to use our services and to set their own pricing.  Reseller Partners support their customers directly with the knowledge that they have access to Yeastar Solutions technical team for support issues.

Reseller Partner can still make use of the Yeastar Solutions Configuration and support service where all equipment is pre-configured to the customers requirement before shipping.  All the reseller has to do is connect it up.
